A real low key Pies and Pints show last night. Ended up being Ken Nottingham, Johnny Fitzpatrick and myself as Tom Rooney was out of town and the rest of Creeping Time (the original backup plan) bailed out. We managed to patch together about 3 hours of tunes – pretty good for never having played as a three piece.

Though not as many folks in attendance as usual, those that were there were really paying attention. They kept asking our band name and if we had any contact info, etc… Unfortunately we hadn’t prepared for that – seeing that we hadn’t even been just the three of us in a room alone before. So in the end we dubbed ourselves Johnny and the Fitzpatricks. All in all a really nice night – great sound, fun jams, and a real nice set of folks in the audience.
